Offering year-round water activities, Camp Okavango is located on the remote Nxaragha Island in the middle of the Okavango Delta. It features 12 spacious suites raised atop a teak platform, from where you can enjoy stunning views across the surrounding floodplains. Sliding glass doors lead to private viewing platforms and there’s an exclusive sleepout deck for a night under the stars. Families are well catered for thanks to the camp’s interconnecting suites.
Camp Okavango’s communal area includes a cozy lounge, bar and well-stocked library, as well as an expansive patio where alfresco meals are served. When you’re not out on mokoro excursions or guided safari walks, you can refresh with a swim in the plunge pool or take advantage of the secluded bird hide. Catch-and-release fishing for bream and tigerfish is also available.
