King Lewanika Lodge, situated along the Munde stream, had its grand opening slated for mid-2017. This exclusive retreat boasts just six opulent villas, meticulously crafted to embrace the breathtaking panoramas of its serene and secluded locale. Elevated on wooden platforms, these lodges harmonize with the expansive Liuwa plains, featuring an open, airy design. The villas, modern and elegant, blend seamlessly with the environment, offering unobstructed front views of the awe-inspiring landscape. Each villa promises a cozy lounge, a spacious outdoor shower-equipped bathroom, and a generous terrace, perfect for soaking in the stunning vistas.

Guests can select from a range of activities, including day and night game drives, as well as guided walks. Additionally, the rainy season from December to March opens doors to boating and canoeing adventures.

Your day starts with a cup of tea or coffee and some biscuits before your morning drive. Afterward, you come back to enjoy a satisfying brunch. There's enough time for afternoon tea before your second drive, which typically concludes with refreshing drinks and snacks at a spot to watch the sunset. Later, you can return to camp for a candlelit 3-course supper. Private dining at your suite or out on the Liuwa Plains can be arranged upon request.
