Framed by a giant Makuti roof, Xanadu’s restaurant and bar is the focal point of the property and overlooks the main swimming pool. Its kitchen is staffed by a multinational team who combine their international influences to create inspiring and mouthwatering dishes. Local ingredients are sourced wherever possible, with many of the vegetables and herbs from Xanadu’s kitchen gardens. Selected non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks are included in the rates, with cocktails, premium wines and spirits available for a surcharge.
