3 Nights - Grumeti Serengeti
On
arrival at the Kilimanjaro International Airport, you’ll be greeted by a Vencha
representative and transferred to the domestic terminal for your flight to the
Serengeti. Here you’ll be met by another representative for the short but
scenic drive to the Sasakwa Lodge where you’ll spend your first night. Perched
on the top of Sasakwa Hill, it boasts unsurpassed views across the Serengeti
plains, with a heated infinity pool, private decks and cosy fireplaces among
its luxurious amenities.
NB: Same-day domestic flight transfers are only available for international flights arriving at Kilimanjaro International Airport before 1 pm. Later arrivals will require you to overnight in Arusha before a connecting flight the next morning or you can book a private charter flight on the same day. Begin the day with a filling breakfast at the Sasakwa Lodge before embarking a full day game drive through the Singita Grumeti Reserve. Enjoy a picnic lunch out in the wilds so you can take full advantage of the exceptional wildlife sightings before returning to the lodge in time for dinner.
After a delicious breakfast at the Sasakwa Lodge, you’ll head out on a half-day game drive to experience the wildlife at its most active. Return to the lodge for a leisurely lunch, then indulge at the spa or cool off in the swimming pool. In the late afternoon, you’ll head out on a final game drive or you can opt for a walking safari to get a different perspective on the Serengeti’s landscapes.
