Lamai Serengeti Safari Lodge

Nestled amidst the Kogakuria Kopje in northern Tanzania, Lamai Serengeti is a luxurious camp positioned just a stone’s throw from the Mara River. From late July to October, it’s on the doorstep of the Great Wildebeest Migration as millions of animals make their way to fresh grazing pastures in the neighbouring Maasai Mara National Reserve.

It’s divided into two areas - a main lodge that consists of eight rooms and a private lodge with four rooms - both of which have been skilfully designed with natural materials to blend into the spectacular surrounds. Carved wooden furnishings, earthen pottery and weaved rugs are complemented by modern amenities that include flush toilets, running hot water and complimentary Wi-Fi.

After exhilarating days out game driving in the wilds of the Northern Serengeti, return to the naturally-inspired rock pool for a refreshing swim. There are plenty of sun beds where you can soak up the outstanding views before being treated to magical sundowners and exemplary dining experiences.
